How to use

Step 1: Apply to dry, freshly cleansed, lightly exfoliated skin with our Application Mitt using long, sweeping circular motions. Smooth on evenly and blend thoroughly. Use sparingly around knuckles, knees, ankles and elbows.

Step 2: For a LIGHT bronze, leave on for one hour. For a MEDIUM bronze, leave on for two hours. For a DARK bronze, leave on for three hours. While you can leave on the skin for up to eight hours, no longer than three is necessary for a DARK tan.

IMPORTANT: Leaving on the skin for longer than eight hours could cause unnatural looking results.

Step 3: At your desired shower time, rinse in lukewarm water until the water runs clear. Soap, scrubs, shampoo, and conditioner are not recommended during your rinse, nor any moisturizer following. This is to ensure the ultimate results as your color will still be developing. After eight hours, resume the use of oil-free soap and a daily moisturizer to prolong and maintain your tan.

Amazing tan!

I came across this product on tik tok when I was in the midst of trying out various spray tans for my wedding. I did a zoom tan tan, and an airbrush tan from someone locally, and nothing I did was giving me the results I wanted. I hated the patchiness and the ways my tans faded, as well as having areas that were left white and pasty. Plus the tans despite having the option to be somewhat customized in terms of color/tone/depth, really didn’t allow for much flexibility that I feel like I needed. I love myself with a tan, and I think it is universally flattering, but ultimately I was disappointed with my options, especially being someone who’s so pale. Trying out illusion bronze immediately solved all of these problems. I love that I can control application so there’s no spot that’s missed and everything is bronzed and beautiful. I can control the depth of my tone based on how long I leave the color on for, AND it’s customized color for me based on skin tone hair color and eye color making it the most flattering tone I’ve seen yet. My wedding is in December so I want to look naturally bronzed and beautiful without looking out of place in the middle of winter and this product allows me to do just that, while also knowing that when I go on my honeymoon a month later I can let the color sit for longer to achieve a darker tone that is fitting for my tropical travels. The other impressive part about illusion bronze is the fading of the product is incredible. Gone are patchy fades or even fading that feels like it happens after day 2 of your tan. I applied my tan on Thursday night and I’m sitting here writing this review on the following Wednesday noticing I still have subtle color that is even all over. I can’t recommend this product enough!!!

Wonderful product

Absolutely love this product. As a very fair skinned lady it's so nice to have a tanner that looks amazing. It gives my skin a sun kissed looked without looking unnatural. Absolutely love it!
